L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon

overcast

We celebrated our first night in Hong Kong at L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon.  We had the pleasure of dining at this amazing restaurant in Paris and New York so we decided to add the Hong Kong location to our list. We were not disappointed.

Dinner began with a glass of champagne and an asparagus cream and bacon foam starter to cleanse our palette.

Then came the black truffle and foie gras terrine with toast which melted like butter in our mouths.

Oh my! Life is rough :) Good for you guys. I checked for you in case you want to get to all of them. Here are the cities you have left: Taipei, Monaco, Vegas, Tokyo, Nagoya and Macao. That should help you plan your next few trips!!!! We miss you like crazy. It wasn't the same watching the super bowl without you! Lots of love.
